Terms and Conditions

1- Minimum order:

We have no minimum order.

2- Free shipping costs from 20€ of order:

For orders of less than 20€, we apply the following shipping costs, depending on the destination of the packages:
Shipments to the Peninsula: 3.00 €
Shipments to the Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 4.50 €
Shipping to the Canary Islands: 5.00€

3- Shipping methods:

The orders to Peninsula, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, are sent through Correos, in the modality Package 72 domicile.
They are delivered to the addressee's address and have two delivery and tenure attempts associated with them at the Post Office, available for 15 calendar days.

Orders to the Canary Islands are sent by certified postal mail.

4- Delivery times:

Orders sent to Peninsula and Balearic Islands take between 48 and 72h to reach their destination
Orders sent to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla take between 3 and 4 business days.

Important:
Orders are prepared the day after they are received, so the preparation time must be added to the delivery deadlines.
Orders are not prepared on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

5- Forms of payment:

We accept payment by credit / debit card and Paypal.

Important: or reasons of hygiene, returns of cosmetic products are not allowed.
